On the occasion of their 50th Reunion in May of 2011, the Class of 1961 proudly presented a gift of $12,000 to the Independent Association of Framingham State Alumni to establish the Class of 1961 Textbook Assistance Fund. The goal is to continue to encourage contributions to this fund with the intention of making three to five awards each year.

Conditions
Applicants will be selected from those who apply for IAFSA scholarships.
To qualify students must: be a Consumer Sciences, Education, or Food Science major who has completed at least one year of study at Framingham State University;
have a minimum QPA of 2.75; have a record of working to contribute to their educational expenses.
