This scholarship was established by the family and friends of Debra Osier, who passed away in 1980 during the spring semester of her senior year. Debra was a member of the Executive Committee of her class as well as an active member of the Home Economics club. This scholarship is awarded to a Consumer and Family studies major.

Conditions
Shall be a major in the departments of Fashion Design and Retailing or Food and Nutrition.
Shall have successfully completed one year in their major with a minimum cumulative average of 2.75.
Shall demonstrate documented financial need (FAFSA form or tax information required).
Shall submit a personal letter stating why he/she deserves the scholarship.
