Conditions

Preference will be given to a Girl Scout Gold Awardee, Eagle Scout, FCCLA member, 4H member, or strong evidence of service to the community or religious affiliation.
Financial need will be a consideration but not the primary consideration for the award.

Available to all majors.
Available to undergraduate and graduate students.
Applicant must have a minimum QPA of 2.70 and have completed four-course credits.
Preference will be given to a Girl Scout Gold Awardee, Eagle Scout, FCCLA member, 4H member, or strong evidence of service to the community or religious affiliation.
Financial need will be a consideration but not the primary consideration for the award.
Applicant must submit application form, a letter of qualification, a letter of recommendation and a completed FAFSA form or tax information.

The scholarship was established by Dr. Irene M. Foster who was a professor for over 25 years in the Fashion Design and Retailing Department, formerly part of the Home Economics Department then the Family and Consumer Sciences Department.
Preference will be given to a Girl Scout Gold Awardee, Eagle Scout, FCCLA member, 4H member or strong evidence of service to community or religious affiliation.
