Preference will be given to a Girl Scout Gold Awardee, Eagle Scout, FCCLA member, 4H member, or strong evidence of service to the community or religious affiliation.
Financial need will be a consideration but not the primary consideration for the award.
Available to all majors.
Available to undergraduate and graduate students.
Applicant must have a minimum QPA of 2.70 and have completed four-course credits.

The scholarship was established by Dr. Irene M. Foster who was a professor for over 25 years in the Fashion Design and Retailing Department, formerly part of the Home Economics Department then the Family and Consumer Sciences Department.
