Award amount depends on donations received, and any interest accrued from invested funds.

Conditions

Students must be full-time undergraduates in their junior or senior year at the time of award or Graduate students.
Available to a Food and Nutrition major with a future goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian (R.D.).
Applicant must have a minimum QPA of 3.00.
Applicant must have completed a minimum of twelve (12) full course credits.
Applicant must have documented financial need.

This scholarship was established by Elizabeth (Betty) Schmitt, an alumna of the Class of 1955. This scholarship will be granted to a full-time undergraduate in their junior or senior year, or a graduate student. It is available to a Food and Nutrition major with a future goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian (R.D.)
